All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase. We pack Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
We take extra care to ensure your plants are securely wrapped and temperature-appropriate for transit — because nobody likes a sad, squished plant.
Delivery Rates & Estimates
We offer several delivery options to fit your schedule:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): 6,99 € — Free on orders over 60 €.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): 14,99 €.
- Local Same-Day Delivery (select cities): 9,99 € — order before 12:00 noon.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. We'll always send you a tracking link once your order ships.
Plant-Safe Packaging
Every plant ships in specially designed boxes with breathable insulation and moisture-retaining packing material. Larger plants are secured with bamboo stakes and paper padding to prevent movement during transit.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot ship certain plant varieties internationally due to phytosanitary regulations.
