How do you ship live plants?
All our plants are packaged in specially designed plant-safe boxes with breathable insulation, moisture-retaining paper, and securing stakes for larger plants. We ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please take a photo and email us at hello@plantland.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to send the plant back.
Do you offer plant care advice?
Absolutely! Every plant comes with a care card, and each product page includes detailed care tips. If you're ever stuck, just reach out via our Contact page — our team of plant nerds is always happy to help.
How often should I water my new plant?
It depends on the plant! As a general rule, most tropical houseplants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Check the specific care guide on your plant's product page. When in doubt, underwater — overwatering is the number one cause of houseplant death.
Are your plants pet-safe?
Some of our plants are toxic to cats and dogs (like the Monstera and ZZ Plant). Each product page clearly states whether a plant is pet-safe. If you're a pet owner, filter for pet-friendly options in our shop or contact us for recommendations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order will likely already be in packing. Email us at hello@plantland.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you restock sold-out plants?
Yes! Our inventory changes seasonally. If a plant you love is sold out, drop us a message via the Contact page and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.
