We stand behind every plant we sell. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Your green happiness is our priority.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the plant at hello@plantland.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Please do not return live plants by post — we'll arrange a credit or replacement instead.
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Not happy with your choice? We offer free exchanges on all orders over 60 € within 14 days of delivery, provided the plant is still in good condition. Get in touch via our Contact page and we'll sort it out.
Not Eligible for Returns
We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery.
- Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Pots, accessories, and non-plant items (unless faulty).
